Strange.

This first volume has been inspired by the Galaxie500’s song “Strange” that has been playing in my mind for many years now. At first I didn’t recall where I had heard it for the first time nor the lyrics perfectly, so it was difficult to find when searching for it; just recently (...around last year) it appeared to me again in those aleatory playlists that Spotify plays on my ears after one of my —carefully selected— albums finished, and all of this happened without looking for it, and I wasn’t going to let it go this time.

There is a special joy in finding a song you love without looking for it. Isn’t it Strange?

This song is one of those songs that makes me feel the music deeply. It takes me back to happy moments and special places, moments in my life where everything was easier and lighter.

With this publication, I want to render homage to this beautiful song, and I want to share it with you because good things are meant to be shared.
